TumblerValley Return Policy

TumblerValley accepts returns on damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. We do not accept returns for change of mind or wrong size or color selected at the time of ordering.

How to raise a return request

Record a short video when you open the package in front of the courier. This is your proof if the item is damaged or incorrect.

Contact TumblerValley on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. Send your order number and photos or video of the issue.

TumblerValley will review your request and confirm whether it qualifies. If approved, we arrange a pickup of the item at no extra cost to you.

Once we receive the returned item and verify the issue, we send a replacement or arrange a refund within 3 to 5 business days.
