Ordering
Is cash on delivery available everywhere in Pakistan?
Yes. TumblerValley offers cash on delivery across Pakistan. This includes Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and all other cities. You pay when your order arrives. No advance payment is required at any stage.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No. You can complete an order without creating an account. Fill in your name, phone number, and delivery address at checkout and select Cash on Delivery. An account is optional and allows you to view past orders.
Can I order more than one product in a single order?
Yes. Add all the products you want to your cart before going to checkout. All items in one order ship together in one parcel. This saves on delivery time compared to placing separate orders.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
You can cancel or change your order if you contact TumblerValley within 2 hours of placing it. Once the order is handed to the courier, changes are not possible. Contact us on WhatsApp immediately with your order number.

What is the difference between original and replica Stanley tumblers?
Original Stanley tumblers are imported directly and come in Stanley’s official packaging. The original includes the exclusive charm set on LoveShackFancy models. Replica versions use the same 40oz Quencher body with printed designs applied locally. Both are clearly labeled on every product page. Originals are priced from PKR 7,999. Replicas are priced from PKR 3,000.
How do I know if a Stanley tumbler is original?
Check three things. The Stanley logo is stamped into the metal base, not printed on a label. The lid seals tightly with no gap. Ice placed inside stays solid for 24 hours at room temperature. If the tumbler loses temperature in under 2 hours, it is a copy.
How long does a Stanley tumbler keep drinks cold?
A genuine Stanley 40oz Quencher keeps ice cold for up to up to 12 hours using double-wall vacuum insulation. Hot drinks stay warm for up to 5 hours. Replica tumblers with single-wall construction lose temperature within 2 hours.
Are the glass cans safe for hot drinks?
TumblerValley glass cans use borosilicate glass which handles temperature changes without cracking. You can pour a warm drink in. Avoid filling with boiling liquid and holding bare-handed as the glass conducts heat. For daily hot drinks like tea or coffee, a stainless steel tumbler is a more practical choice.
What sizes of Stanley tumblers does TumblerValley stock?
TumblerValley stocks Stanley tumblers primarily in the 40oz size, which equals 1.2 litres. This is the most popular Stanley size in Pakistan and fits in standard car cupholders. Some collections include the 20oz size. Check each product page for the exact size.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
TumblerValley ships within 24 hours on business days. Orders to Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad typically arrive in 2 to 3 days. Other major cities take 3 to 4 days. Smaller cities and towns take 4 to 5 days. Remote areas may take up to 7 days.
Does TumblerValley deliver on Sundays or public holidays?
No. Couriers in Pakistan do not operate on Sundays or public holidays. Orders placed on Friday evening or Saturday will be dispatched on Monday. Delivery timelines do not count Sundays or public holidays.
What happens if I miss the courier call?
Call the courier back as soon as possible. The courier will attempt delivery twice. After two failed attempts, the order returns to TumblerValley. You will need to place a new order if this happens. Always make sure someone is available at the delivery address on the expected delivery day.
Can TumblerValley deliver to my apartment building or office?
Yes. Provide the complete address including flat number, floor, building name, and area. For office deliveries, include the company name and floor number. The courier will call before arriving. Make sure someone is available to receive and pay for the order.
Returns and problems
Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?
TumblerValley accepts returns within 7 days if the product arrives damaged or incorrect. We do not accept returns for change of mind or wrong color selection. Always read the product description carefully before ordering. Check the color options on the product page before adding to cart.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Do not accept the parcel if the outer packaging is clearly damaged. Record a short video when you open the package in front of the courier. Contact TumblerValley immediately on WhatsApp with your order number and photos or video of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
What if I received the wrong product?
Contact TumblerValley within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the product you received. We will arrange a pickup of the wrong item and send the correct product. Do not use or wash the item before we arrange the return.
