TumblerValley ships through third-party courier companies across Pakistan. Once your order is dispatched, you receive a tracking number via SMS. Use that number to track directly on the courier’s website.
How tracking works at TumblerValley
Order placed
You receive an order confirmation message on your email immediately after placing the order.
Dispatched within 24 hours
TumblerValley packs and hands your order to the courier within 24 hours on business days. You receive an SMS with your courier tracking number once it is picked up.
Track on courier website
Go to the courier’s tracking page listed below. Enter your tracking number. The system shows the current status: picked up, in transit, out for delivery, or delivered.
Courier calls before delivery
The courier will call your phone number before arriving at your address. Make sure someone is available to receive the parcel and pay the COD amount.

Common tracking statuses explained
TumblerValley has created the shipment booking. The courier has not picked it up yet. This status appears first and can take a few hours to update.
The courier collected the parcel from TumblerValley. It is now in the courier network and moving toward your city.
Your parcel is moving through the courier’s sorting and delivery network. For long-distance orders this status may last 1 to 2 days.
The parcel is with the delivery rider today. Expect a call from the courier on your registered phone number. Stay available to receive the order and make payment.
The courier has delivered the parcel and collected the cash payment. If you see this but did not receive the order, contact TumblerValley immediately.
The courier tried to deliver but could not reach you. They will try once more. Call the courier number from your tracking SMS to reschedule. After two failed attempts the order returns to TumblerValley.
The order could not be delivered after two attempts and is returning to TumblerValley. Contact us on WhatsApp to discuss what happens next with your order.
Cannot find your tracking number?
Check the SMS you received after placing your order. If you did not receive a tracking SMS within 48 hours of ordering, contact TumblerValley on WhatsApp with your order number and phone number used at checkout.
