How to order from TumblerValley
Ordering from TumblerValley is straightforward. No account required. No advance payment. You pay in cash when your order arrives at your door.
The 4 steps
Browse and choose your product
Go to any category from the navigation bar: Stanley Tumblers, Water Bottles, Glass Cans, or Accessories. Open the product you want. Read the description and check the available colors or designs. If the product has variants, a color or design selector will appear on the product page. Select the one you want before adding to cart.
Add to cart and review your order
Click the Add to Cart button on the product page. A cart summary will appear. You can continue browsing and add more products, or click View Cart to review your order. Check that the product names, colors, and quantities are correct before going to checkout.
Enter your delivery details at checkout
Click Proceed to Checkout. Fill in your first name, last name, phone number, and complete delivery address. Include the house or flat number, street name, area, and city. A correct phone number is important because our courier will call before delivery. You do not need to create an account to complete an order.
Select Cash on Delivery and place your order
On the payment page, select Cash on Delivery. This is the only payment method TumblerValley currently accepts. Click Place Order. You will receive a confirmation message on your phone. TumblerValley will process your order and hand it to our courier within 24 hours on business days.
After you place your order
Confirmation message
You will get an SMS or WhatsApp message confirming your order. Keep this message. It has your order number which you can use to track your delivery.
Courier pickup
TumblerValley hands your order to the courier within 24 hours. You will receive a tracking number via SMS once the courier picks it up.
Courier call before delivery
The courier will call your phone number before arriving. Make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel and make the payment.
Pay on delivery
Pay the exact order amount in cash to the courier. Open the package in front of the courier before signing. Check the product for any damage or incorrect item.

These are estimates after dispatch. TumblerValley dispatches orders within 24 hours on business days. Deliveries do not happen on Sundays or public holidays.
Important tips before ordering
- Double check your phone number. The courier calls this number before delivery. A wrong number means a missed delivery and a return shipment.
- Include a complete address. House number, street, area, and city. Incomplete addresses cause delays.
- Open the package in front of the courier. Check the product before signing or paying. If the item is damaged or incorrect, do not accept it. Contact TumblerValley immediately with photos.
- Keep your order confirmation message. It contains your order number which you need for tracking or contacting support.
- If you miss the courier call, call them back. The courier will attempt delivery twice. After two failed attempts, the order returns to TumblerValley.
