How tracking works at TumblerValley
Four simple steps from order to delivery.

Order placed
You receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.

Dispatched within 24 hours
TumblerValley packs and hands your order to PostEx within 24 hours on business days. You receive an SMS with your courier tracking number once it is picked up.

Track above
Enter your CN number in the box above. You will see the current status: picked up, in transit, out for delivery, or delivered.
4
Courier calls before delivery
The courier will call your phone number before arriving. Make sure someone is available to receive the parcel and pay the COD amount.

After dispatch from TumblerValley warehouse. Actual delivery depends on the courier and your location.

Common tracking statuses explained
What each status means for your order.
Shipment booked
TumblerValley has created the shipment booking. The courier has not picked it up yet. This status can take a few hours to appear.
Picked up
The courier collected the parcel from TumblerValley. It is now in the courier network and moving toward your city.
In transit
Your parcel is moving through the sorting and delivery network. For long-distance orders this status may last 1 to 2 days.
Out for delivery
The parcel is with the delivery rider today. Expect a call on your registered phone number. Stay available to receive and make payment.
Delivered
The courier has delivered the parcel and collected the cash payment. If you see this but did not receive the order, contact TumblerValley immediately.
Delivery attempted
The courier tried to deliver but could not reach you. They will try once more. Call the courier number from your tracking SMS to reschedule. After two failed attempts the order returns to TumblerValley.
Return to sender
The order could not be delivered after two attempts and is returning to TumblerValley. Contact us on WhatsApp to discuss what happens next.
Cannot find your tracking number?
Check the SMS you received after placing your order. If you did not receive a tracking SMS within 48 hours of ordering, contact TumblerValley on WhatsApp with your order number and the phone number used at checkout.
